Delayed delivery & Half the order not delivered at all

I am absolutely disappointed in the service by NetFlorist. Flowers and a set of fridge magnets were ordered for Valentine’s Day.

1. The order wasn’t delivered on Valentine’s Day it was delivered on the 15th of Feb 2. The flowers weren’t delivered at all and net-florist didn’t inform me that they did not have stock of it until I called to enquire about the order. They then offered to refund me for the flowers and there was nothing else that they could do. Keeping in mind that the order was placed on the 9th of Feb. The order was also above R500. A lot of money and effort was put into the order.

I am disgusted at the lack of communication and the fact that if I didn’t enquire about half the order missing , nothing would’ve been done about it.

I really did expect better service from such a popular company.
