Delayed Delivery

<p>Placed an order for Mother's Day (8 May 2016, Order number ***). Received an sms to ensure that the recipient is available between 7am to 11am for delivery. Almost 1pm so I called the helpline ... There's a delay but it will be delivered today. Wonderful to know my mom will spend her entire day hanging around for a delivery. As a customer who pays a hefty delivery fee of circa R70 rand, the least you expect is on time delivery. I recommend the use of Yuppiechef, Takealot and the like which offers free delivery over a certain order amount since paying a premium for delivery on a certain day between a certain time range doesn't deliver on expectations with Netflorist. Very disappointed.&nbsp;</p>
