Delayed and then wrong order

I ordered a personalized set of a notebook and a coffee cup. The book and cup I ordered was supposed to be personalized with a photo. The book and cup received reads another person's name. I find it VERY frustrating because not only was delivery a day late, now it’s the incorrect order!!!! Now I would probably have to wait another decade!!??

Not happy about this at all!!!
