Delayed and destroyed delivery

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries which were supposed to have be delivered on 22 November but it was only received on 28 November. I emailed and got no response to follow up inbetween and when I called to query the delay, I was told that the delivery vehicle broke down and that they’re waiting for an email response from the delivery company. It was already the 25th and I informed them that I did not want the strawberries as they’d be off because I ordered them on the 18th. My friend sent me a picture of the strawberries which were completely shaken up. She informed me that they were off as well. A waste of R489.90!
