Definitely not "Same day service"

<p>Ordered a vase with roses and chocolates for my wife. They said it would be the same day. When I called their call centre they said that it couldn't be delivered the same day and that I couldn't get an ETA because "it's difficult" The guy clearly just wanted me off the phone. Over the weekend I would have expected it to be delivered on Monday but no. I called again. The manager said it would be delivered the same day (Monday) but they still didn't. She then said Tuesday. I asked for a refund and she said it would be processed. I am still waiting for an email of confirmation for when I'll get my money back. Horrible service. Don't recommend anyone buying from them.</p>
