Definately not 7 days a week nationwide delivery!

Ordered an item from the website on Thurs within the time limit for same day delivery. My area was not in their hub so it would be the next day. On Friday I get a call to say the item is out of stock (it showed stock on the website) but will replace it with a similar item. I accepted the similar item but they now could not deliver till Monday. So much for 7 day a week nationwide delivery!! - what a joke! 100% satisfaction guaranteed - makes me laugh. It is now Monday 16:00 and still no item. I called and they cannot tell me where the item is - they cannot contact the couriers or give me a time when to expect delivery. They will maybe deliver tomorrow but I'm not too optimistic.
