deceptive service

Poor service. Birthday gift meant for delivery same day Wed 4th Feb were delivered at 17h50 on Friday 6th to a business address. this means it will be a whole weekend before the intended receipient receives their birthday gift. I think it's unacceptable that your system promises same day delivery if it cannot meet this expectation. Doubt I'll use this deceptive service again
