Deceiving website pictures

I will not use Netflorist ever again. I bought my mom some flowers for her birthday. Despite same day delivery promises, the flowers reached her two days after her birthday. What the picture looked like on their site, to what I paid for, to what my mom got were three different things. My mom had to use flowers from her own garden to improve the sad-ass bouquet she got that I would not even use for a funeral.
