Deceiving images / unhappy 😞

I am completely dissatisfied with this delivery, I don’t see the point in showing images with beautiful flowers then on delivery the lillies are closed, it does not match what is advertised and what was ordered. I have always been a huge fan and supported net florist but after today I won’t even recommend. ***
