Deceiving & disappointing

<p>Becareful when ordering from Netflorist and always check with your recipients what they actually receive. On the 2nd February, I ordered and paid for a beautiful tin of "I Love You" biscuits to be delivered to my daughter on Valentines Day. The cost of this was R359.95. Being my daughters first delivery and first real Valentines Day, I was excited to hear her reaction when she got back from school. Well what she actually received was extremely disappointing & quite shocking, a box of 8 macaroons, some broken as opposed to a beautiful tin of I Love You biscuits. She couldn't believe that someone would send her broken macaroons! When going back onto the website, the 8 pack macaroons that she got, costs R199.95, alot less than what I paid for my order. Netflorist has not only ruined a special day but they also didn't even bother to let me know that they had cut my order that I had paid in full for and that they were delivering something completely different. I had ordered in ample time for Valentines Day (2nd Feb), hence no excuse for an order to be changed at their will. Netflorist is shocking and although their T&C's say they will collect the item and refund (which they haven't done yet as they only respond to mails in 9 business hours), this still does not rectify the fact that they have disappointed a little girl on a first Valentines Day. If I had not seen the delivery, would they have let me know? I doubt it as I haven't heard anything from them prior to the delivery and up until now. I battle to understand how they can just change an order as they see fit and then replace an order with a much cheaper product - Shocking! I have sent all copies of pictures, screen shots etc to Netflorist, with photos and awaiting a response. Therefore, check you orders and the value of what your recipient gets as the above I believe is completely unacceptable and dishonest.</p> <p> </p> <p>Anybody out there opening a business or have the same type of service, please drop me a message as I do spend quite a bit on personal and business flowers / gifts /hampers!</p>
