Deadly Daffodils

Hi, I ordered a daffodil plant and a Lindt chocolate box for delivery to my mum. I live in JHB and she lives in DBN. However the daffodils died in 2 days and the Lindt box was not sealed with only 10 Lindt ***** inside. I highly doubt that this is the take away Netflorist intended for my mum- this leaves a very sour taste in my mouth and I am not sure I would even place the order I intended to place for this week. Very disappointed in Netflorist!
