Dead Roses delivered!!!

This is the 4th bad experience with Netflorist! If there was a zero rating, this is what they’d get!! The Red roses delivered today 15 Feb was already faded and dead - obviously been exposed to heat and no water. The flower deliveries are done by civilians using cars with NO aircon and no water for flowers? No wonder the arrangements are all DEAD by the time it finally gets delivered!! What an absolute disgrace Netflorist!! Poorest quality ever… you are going more and more backwards!!! And the prices for your items are so expensive, then you deliver **** like this!! Wish we could add photo’s to show everyone what tour current standard is!!
