Dead Roses

I am extremely disappointed with the service received. I have already sent pictures and videos clearly showing that the roses delivered were dead, yet I have not received any response. My calls are now also going unanswered.

This was meant to be a special surprise, and unfortunately it has been completely ruined.

Please arrange to collect the dead roses at your earliest convenience and kindly process a full refund to my husband as soon as possible.

I would appreciate urgent feedback regarding how this matter will be resolved.
