Dead roses

So I ordered a bouquet of roses for my mom at 6am. The order came 12 hours later! And the roses were dead and completely unappealing. I paid a lot of money for some dead roses and a failed attempt at making someone's day. Disappointed and angry and annoyed. Will never support this flop of a business again.
