Dead plant

<p>Sent a plant as a birthday gift and a week later all the new flower buds were dead. One would think that a plant would last longer than fresh flowers. </p> <p>Sent an email complaining to NetFlorist , received an acknowledgement of receipt with a note that within 9 business hours someone will contact me. 2 working days have gone past and i'm still waiting.</p>
