Dead flowers n no delivery

I ordered flowers on Wednesday the 28 September 2019, they where delivered only to find that the flowers where almost dead as one wouldn't expect from such a company. I called in, sent them an email n pictures to which they agreed to replace the flowers.

I gave them the new address to which the recipient has moved to and I was advised that they only deliver on Mondays n Wednesdays. I agreed for a Monday n stated that this person nocks of at 4.

At 6PM, flowers where still not delivered and the manager refused to talk to me, stating that he is busy while I was hold.

This completely unacceptable for the amount of money we spend here
