Dead Flowers from Netflorist

I have never been disappointed by them before and my entire group of friends and family have used them anyone point. Yesterday afternoon I ordered a bouquet of flowers from Netflorist for an event and they delivered dead flowers. I paid R219 for the flowers and I am incredibly upset with what I received. I called ther customer Careline and sent them emails about the roses. I attached images of what I received and they rep**** saying that the state the flowers were in is correct??? If that it the state they are delivered in then they are using false advertising as the image on their website is nothing close to what I received. I am still shocked at the fact that this is the service I received from such a well-known company.
