Dead Flowers delivered as a birthday gift for my Girlfriend.

Hello Peter, I would like to express my greatest disappointment with NetFlorist the company i have always recommended as one of the best online gift shops as well as the best florist. I ordered a bunch of flowers for my girlfriend's birthday a week before her birthday. A bunch of dead red roses were delivered which broke my heart when i saw them the evening she brought them home. The roses had no life at all in them with some sectors turning brown. That was the most disappointing product i have ever seen from a reputable company like NetFlorist.
