Dead flowers & damaged Vas

My husband ordered flowers for me from Net florist for our 7th year anniversary today. they delivered dead roses in a damaged vas. I didn't want to cause a scene because my husband ordered the flowers but if it wasn't for that I would have returned these ugly flowers with their delivery guy. this is a sick & low customer services, in fact I want my husbands money back or they must send me fresh flowers in a vas that is not damaged and this is not the first time they send me dead flowers. its *******!
