Dead flowers...**** attitude

I ordered a bunch of roses for my mum's bday... they looked so beautiful in the picture, I purchased 3.mum, MIL & wife.<br> They died within one day. I mailed them...received no response.... called the Call centre. ..waited on for long. Got through to a consultant whose attitude was worst than the dead flowers... she kept me waiting for close to 20 mins and still had the audacity to tell me that my mum enjoyed it on her bday so I am not entitled to a refund.<br> <br> According to the website. ..they will refund or replace... what a joke.<br> <br> Waiting for the team leader/ manager to return my call.... I might die like the roses they sent me before they call back.<br> <br> Very dissapointed...<br> <br> Ref ***<br> <br> How sad...<br>
