Dead flowers by Netflorist

I ordered a thank you card and flowers for someone who assisted me. To my dismay they delivered dead flowers and no card though it was charged for. I am disgusted by the poorest service that they offered and I want everyone to know and watch so if this continues, they must be shutdown.
