Day Late delivery, and told of Chosen Flower option not available a day after they were supposed to be delivered. Bad Practice NetFlorist

I placed a order to send flowers with my condelences for a friend who lost his father. I was under the impression they had been delivered on the promised date. A day later than they should have been delivered i received a call stating they didnt have the colour of flower requested and offered my totally different flowers or a totally different flower colour. I find this extremely bad practice as your systems are allowing for late delivery and also accepting orders of flower types you are not able to honour. This i must mention was being delivered to Rondebosch CT and im in Johannesburg so you are ultimately put under pressure to choose 1 of the 2 alternates offerred. I would suggest sorting out your processes NEt Florist as there are many other suppliers out there that would provide a better service
