Damaged personalised clock

I ordered a personalised heart shaped clock and box choclates on the 23 september 2025 snd recieved it 24 september 2025 with such sadness an disappointment rhe clock on the tip was damaged and very very terrible thin board of a heart shaped clock HORRIBLE quality!!! Pathetic cheaply made!! im very upset as i DONT WANT IT AND WANT AN ANSWER AS TO WHY WAS IT DELIEVERED TO ME like ****!!
