Damaged goods recieved for birthday

I had very bad experience with netflorist. My fiancé ordered me a gift from netflorist for my birthday and the condition of the gift on delivery was absolutely pathetic. The box was so soaked with water that it actually tore. I was so disappointed. Will never use netflorist again.
