Damaged goods, missing items, terrible service

I paid R599.85 for a personalized teddy, Lindt chocolate hamper and sparkling wine. All that arrived upon delivery was a damaged teddy bear (one of the legs is torn), no chocolate, no sparkling wine. I sent them an email and they offered me R250 of credit on my Netflorist account to make another purchase. That's not even half what I paid. There's no way a damaged teddy bear and bad service is worth R350.
