Customer service as rotten and expired as the mixed nuts they shipped my Dad on Father's Day

On Wednesday 22nd of June (12 days ago at the time of writing), I informed Netflorist via their orders mailbox as well as their Trustpilot how my father was food poisoned by the mixed nuts in his Father's Day parcel. Their Trustpilot bot informs me to contact their orders mailbox (which I had already done). I didn't receive a response from them beyond this via either channel. Evidently, Netflorist's customer service is as rotten as the product they shipped.
