****py and Slow Delivery!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a Mother's Day Gift on Monday the 6th of May and delivery was suppose to take place on the 9th of May and it never did. I called on the 10th of May to follow up only for them to tell me that delivery would take place the Monday, AFTER mother's day.

As if that was not enough, the person from RAM was rude not only to me but to my mother as well when they went to deliver.

I'm very disappointed!!!!!
