Could have been better!

Delivery process was very quick and on time. However, as I ordered 2 wedding gifts from them, I am extremely disappointed that the packaging displayed on the website was not at all what I received. It wasn't wrapped with a bow, in a plain black box as on the site when purchasing. Instead, both were in an individual standard Netflorist box. Which means after spending so much, I had to buy nicer boxes and have it packed and wrapped myself. Also, they charge delivery for every single item you purchase for delivery. Seriously need to up your game, provide a better service, instead of fooling your loyal customers.
