Core service failure

Ordered same day delivery flowers on 10 August before the stated 12 noon cut off time for a grandmother's birthday. Flowers were only delivered the next day despite stated 'guaranteed 100% customer satisfaction'. If unable to provide a same day delivery service, then do not offer one and create the expectation for a customer and concurrent disappointment that goes with non-delivery. It is the core component of a flower delivery service! I am highly dissatisfied! In addition when I tried to track my order on the day, the tracking service said that my order number was not found. All-in-all shoddy service!
