CONSUMER COUNCIL NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED

DISGUSTING SERVICE- how can you offer a service promise things to be delivered a certain day (mostly for occasions) and miss the damn occasion! Their things are not cheap and yet I'm the one wasting more money to follow up on things no being delivered. All they have is excuses and consultants that either cut the call and never bother to follow up or just don't deliver and me as a customer don't even get the decency of a courtesy call to tell me they messed up! Terrible service and FALSE ADVERTISING - why is the consumer council not getting involved in this shady business practrises that ***** customers money
