Confusing Customers

I ordered flowers to be delivered, paid and delivered no problem, placed similar order to be delivered a month later and all of a sudden extra delivery has to be paid after quoted and paid price. Mail complaint through was told to read terms and conditions, on which I phoned to be explained and was then told to lodge another complaint, it has since been 10 days and no response received as yet....
