Confused customer

Very confusing experience Ordered for same day delivery paid at 9 am Called and spoke to chat option on site multiple times stating that my wife would only be there until 3. Repeatedly got the answer “we cannot tell you what time” which i understand. At 3 the package wasn’t even picked up yet since 9 am. I called again and asked that they move the delivery date to the next day to which they agreed. My wife got a call at 3:30 that she received flowers at work (this was supposed to be a surprise). The confusing part is the next morning they delivered the order again. I would honestly just suggest to remove the same day feature. Reading all the reviews it seems to be the common problem.
