Conditions of parcels received is shocking!!!!!

I had the worst experience with Net florist and a gift I ordered for bosses day. I ordered two parcels of which the 1 box delivered had fingerprints all over the box, water marks and the box untied as if it was delivered incorrectly earlier that day (assuming based on how the box was received. I complained and was promised today that I will receive a swop out. The courier arrives and the box he wanted to give me now has hand marks on it, its completely full of hand and finger marks on it and black scuff marks. I cant believe that this is the swop out they want to do with me. I am shocked as I have never experienced this with Net florist before but had to post here as they literally ruined my order 2 times and this is a gift that is for Friday. I don't know if I want to start crying now. Paid just under R1000 for something I have to now possibly look for another box or another gift. All they respond now is to give me a R150 voucher...nothing about even sending a CLEAN box. R150 for something I paid almost R1000 for and leaving me to be happy about that request. Who in their right mind will be happy? I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN OR SUGGEST THEM FOR THIS.
