COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED & LET DOWN!!!!!

<p>I ordered roses for my sister for her birthday, 1 week in advance thinking that they would be delivered to her first trip in the morning, but this was unacceptably not the case - they didnt even get delivered. Being stationed oversease, this site has allowed me to celebrate special occassions with my family, only to be let down tremedously today. Why do you make promises that you cannot fulfill. I contacted your call centre only to be told that that they would be delivered within an hour of my phone call, Do your agents actually even call the delivery guys? or was it a bull**** story just to get me off the line? Beyond dissapointed - you have ruined such a special service....NETFLORIST THIS IS CLEARLY NOT THE FIRST TIME SOMEONE HAS COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SAME STUPID PROBLEM, GET ADDITIONAL DELIVERY VANS MAN....</p>
