Complete wrong order!!!!

Netflorist does not deserve even a 1 star!!

What i ordered from them for my partner is NOT what she received. I ordered a flower but got the plant! THE WRONG PLANT!!!!! Also the packaging is not what was advertised. I feel every time i have sent or received Netflorist gifts its always been wrong.

Also the loving note had a ? At the end. I was trying to tell her how much I love her but the question mark symbolizes that I am not sure if I do.

I wont be making use of their services again as all I hear and all I've experienced has always been an issue. If I was not in Johannesburg on a business trip I would have rather bought the flower myself at half the price.

Please advertise correctly and have someone who has basic literature skills to print your cards.

I have received no response from my first complaint sent on 4 May!

I even have pictures to prove.
