Complete Order not Delivered

I took the offer that was so well publicized about the Valentines orders that come with the FREE BOX of chocolates. <br> My order was delivered to my girlfriend today, but she didn't receive the free box of chocolates as promised and I ordered on the 27th of January when this offer was released to make sure she gets it early.... and SHE DIDN'T!!!!!! <br> <br> Thanks Netflorist for ruining it and for the FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
