Complaints !!!!

I have the following complaint – one of the call centre staff is useless and has now caused my order to not be delivered !! It was supposed to be a Father’s day gift and when she contacted me to inform me that the order would not be going out due to some machine being faulty – the one that was supposed to print on the beer mug that I ordered – I told her that the printing was not important as long as my order went out. She promised to call me back with information regarding this. When she never did, I contact the call centre again the following and Sanjay mentioned that all Ndumiso did, was made a note in the comment section – this is not taking action !! she was supposed to escalate the matter and put it through to the packing department or at least ensure that someone knows that I would be happy with a beer mug even if there was no printing on it. She never did – Sanjay then said that he would action it for me and that he also would call me back. Never did, so I had to call the call centre again the following morning and now apparently the order will only (maybe) go out the next Monday !!!! after Father’s day !!!!! I am very upset !!!

I have asked Ndumiso to call me - she still has not done so after I have left numerous messages for her to do so – she is ignoring me !!!!!

Even the call centre manager - Wendell is not taking my calls – I was hanging on the line for over 33 min !!!!!! still no Wendell or Ndumiso – is this the type of service that they provide??!! Shocking is all I can say !!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN !!!!
