Complaint regarding NetFlorist

On numerous occasions I have asked NetFlorist to remove my name and details, especially my contacts from their database. I am now retired and cannot afford flowers / gifts or whatever else they offer. The most upsetting point is that some of my contacts, who were exceptionally close to me, have passed away. It is disturbing to say the least and causes a lot of sadness and grief. I have once again requested them to delete my account but I cannot be sure that they will. The response I received was not particularly apologetic but I feel they were trying to be amusing. This is not an amusing issue.
