Complaint handling

<p>I received poor service on many occasions from Netflorist and so decreased the amount of times I used them. When I started again, again the service was poor--however this time Devin Manual went out his way to put things right!! I was pleased with the results of the way my complaints were handled and hopefully from now all goes right. Netflorist has the biggest range of flowers and gifts and that,s why I liked using them.</p>
