Complaint

Extremely disappointing service. Ordered flowers a day before only to be informed that delivery could be anytime between 7am and 7pm. These were flowers for someone celebrating their birthday and at 13:31 the order was still not assigned for delivery. Not a very helpful person on the other end of Netflorist. Noticed that they do not respond to reviews either.
