The service was pathetic. I ordered a gift for my niece yesterday before 9am. It was to be delivered to the school. I called my niece at 14h30 and she did not receive anything. . I immediately contacted Net Florist to inform them that my niece had not received her gift and asked if they could deliver it to her home address which is in the same proximity as the school address. I spoke to Zandile and she said she would arrange it with the driver. I received an email at 16h20 stating that Zara had signed and received her gift. I contacted her again and she did not received it. I called Net florist again and the lady I spoke to informed me that Zandile did not inform the driver to drop off at her home address. The service I received was horrific and one thing is for sure I will never be ordering from Netflorist again. I spent R500 to get her something special for her birthday which was a total waste of time as she will now only receive her gift today which defeated the entire purpose.
