Christmas gone wrong

Thanx to netflorist I had the worst Christmas ever. Advertised on their site is a gift with a next delivery date for the 25th of December, stright away I jumped for it cause it was going to be most convent since it was a Christmas gift, once I've booked, paid and sent through the proof of payment then only I'm told that they closed on both 25/26th of December and that deliveries won't be done. I sent an email explaining the importance of the gift being delivered that day and I was ignored. This turned out to be the worst Christmas ever, whole day ruined thanx to netflorist and worst of all they couldn't be bothered as it is I'm sitting unaware of what is happening, bearing in mind I've paid all the services and till this day im still left in the dark as to what is going on. What kind of service is this, what a way to end the year.
