Christmas Disaster

After my brother in the U.K. recently ordered a Christmas gift for me, I will never ever either recommend Net Florist or buy anything from them myself. The order was placed and their courier (DPD Laser), whom I have written a separate review for, failed to deliver the gift. Every time I spoke to NetFlorist, it sounded like I was talking to *********** people. Neither a supervisor nor a manager was available for me to talk to. On one occasion, I was placed on hold for several minutes waiting to speak to manager and no one came back to me on the phone. Absolutely appalling service! The failed deliveries continued daily for just over a week and then, my gift was eventually delivered. The excuses for the failed deliveries was unacceptable. They said that my address was incorrect or that no one was home, which was completely untrue!
