Choose Net florist if you want to ruin a surprise; 100% failure

Absolutely *********** - I ordered and paid for a surprise personalized mug with flowers and bday balloon on the 6th Aug 2020 for my bothers bday (being Covid - no family gathering); for delivery for the 7th Aug 2020.The gift has not been sent yet - today 21st Aug 2020. Called Netflorist on Saturday (8 Aug) - spoke to Ashley.She was going to trace and call back - no return call.Called on Monday (10 Aug) - spoke to Lyle - traced it , it was the incorrect complex - apologies; it was picked up and taken to the Dbn Hub, to be replaced and sent out for delivery Wed (12 Aug) together with an apology bunch of flowers.The apology flowers got delivered on Thurs to the correct person at the correct address.The gift was still not received so I called and spoke to 8 different call center agents - was promised delivery , no luck. Called today and spoke to Charles (14 days late) and this is his reply for today...... See the latest update from our Durban hub;

This just means not yet out for delivery as our Durban hub received fresh brand new flowers sometime ago and the order should leave the soonest to be delivered today .

This is the pathetic service received from Netflorist - will not be ordering anything from them ever - they ruined a beautiful surprise.... they should actually get into another business where timing is not of the essence, so totally disappointed.
