Check on your orders

Ordered flowers for a colleague which were due to be delivered on 19 Oct. Netflorist reported them as delivered and signed for by email. When chatting to my colleague she never actually received them. When I enquired they said they didn’t deliver as it was late and the flowers were returned to the hub and not delivered the next day. Basically paid for nothing. Then as compensation they offer a box of chocolate? After a whole order was never delivered! Wow
