Cheated on a gift for my mom on mother's day

I ordered 10 tulips in a vase [*** (Tulip Temptation)] for my mom to be delivered today, Saturday 9 May. Completely disappointed and feel cheated. We only got 7 small tiny tulips in a small little vase. No filling in between or anything, looks dumped in a vase. I live in Cape Town and my mom in Jhb. It looks miniscule, I will never ever use netflorist again. Looks completely different to the long tulips in a vase displayed on the site. A word of advice - rather go another route but never netflorist - they don't give you what they promise or what you pay for!
