Charged twice for 1 transaction: Netflorist

I ordered flowers on the 4th of September. It was delivered and I was charged the correct amount. Netflorist then repeated the order and took funds from my credit card. I had one order and gave authorisation for one transaction. The 2nd delivery was made 2 days after the 1st delivery. The same address and the same message.

I have send 2 emails, without any response from the company.

I will not order from Netflorist again
