Charged three times

<p>I went onto net florist yesterday and when it got to putting in my banking card details in it kept telling me that the card is not valid or not accepting it. After trying three times and using different cards I eventually phone them only to be told that in fact the transaction HAD gone through three times. I was going to just forget it and go in to a florist and order flowers but something told me to phone. Thank goodness for that otherwise I would never have known what had happened. They promised me that two of the amounts would be reversed immediately but this mornng it has not been done yet. I am really disgusted in this company and would not refer anyone to it.</p>
