Charged for same day delivery but item not delivered on the same day

<p>I ordered an item on Friday before 10 am to be delivered to my girlfriend's office site and I was charged the “same day delivery” of R69.95, however even though I ordered the item before 10am, the item never reached its destination during working hours and was only delivered on Monday on which it was pointless for me. What's more is that Netflorist didn't even have the courtesy of refunding me the delivery charge seeing that the item was never delivered on the same day. I have been ordering with them for a while but since this rather dissatisfactory experience, I think I will not ever again order with them. I mean how can you charge for a service that was not delivered? The only thing I expect from them is a refund for a service which was never delivered.
