Caution buying flowers on line

I wanted my driver to pick up a special they were having and deliver it. I spoke to 3 customer service agents and they were uninformed(being nice.) I have asked 3X for the Manager Cazley to call me and 2 days later nothing. Then after I chose the delivery option just because customer service is under-informed, They send me 2 free delivery messages AFTER I alreday placed the order. As a director I find this management style lacking and thus explains the call centre
